Loan programs available:
USDA – Finance up to 100% of a home purchase, with no down payment required
FHA 184A program - Down payment as low as 2.25%
FHA 247 program - Down payment as low as 3.5%
Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) loans are specifically for Native Hawaiians. HomeStreet pioneered retail origination and servicing of these loans with DHHL years ago, and we remain experts in this special loan product.
