What next?

  • Attend orientation meeting (if you haven't already).

  • Complete income certification with third-party verifier

  • Receive your "bucket" assignment (A, B, C, or D based on income)

  • Attend lot selection meeting and choose your lot

  • Select your home model and exterior finishes

  • Sign rental agreement

  • Wait for construction (we'll keep you updated)

  • Move in April–September 2027

For RWOTP Participants:

  • Attend orientation meeting (if you haven't already).

  • Choose your lot at selection meeting

  • Select home model and finishes

  • Sign purchase agreement and arrange financing

  • Close at construction completion

  • Move in and own immediately
